Very nice original dial with grey, black & white and a touch of orange ! This first Tudor chronograph was called the "Oysterdate" but collectors call it "home plate" because of the similarity of the index to a baseball field "home plate". The 7031 has a bakelite bezel as the 6263 whereas the 7102 has the steel bezel like the 6265. Original dial in excellent condition except the index where a part of the nice orange luminous material has disappeared on some index.
Excellent condition of the steel case, not much or even unpolished. Large crown guards and those very rare and nice first generation "MK0" pushers. original bakelite bezel in excellent condition. Caseback with the reference a year inside. Valjoux 7734 movement.
Rolex Oyster folded 7836 bracelet in excellent condition with 380 end links.
A fabulous watch, rare and an interesting investment.
